Jon and his team acted selflessly in the role of Project Managers and Employers Agents in the successful delivery and pre-let of BREEAM Excellent 30 Lombard Street EC3, in the heart of the City on behalf of McKay Securities Plc. The project was not without its challenges, notably with focus on design co-ordination, site logistical hurdles and engagements with the local authority, service providers and neighbourly matters. Jon’s reactiveness and unique talent in building positivity and collaboration outreached the central delivery team and helped propel the project to completion and onward through the anchor tenants associated fit out and successful final account negotiations with ISG.
