About

We go the extra mile

Jon Williams began NinePC in 2022, embarking on a mission to offer collaborative and proactive project delivery for clients, something he felt the construction market continues to disregard.

We utilise our teams experience to engulf ourselves in all projects, ensuring strategy and process is set out early with agreement of our clients. With this strong foundation we are able to positively lead projects harnessing “People” and react to challenges through the programme. We pride ourselves on going that extra mile, content to ‘roll up our sleeves’ and fill voids within the delivery team.

As a unique SME we draw on a trusted peer group to enhance our offer to clients. Knowledge and confidence enables us to flex to client requirements and offer a bespoke service across markets and disciplines.

We remain agile and reactive, committed to individual projects and their success.

Real estate and construction, as with any other service industry should be ‘for the client’, we continue to drive this mantra to the benefit of all involved.

Meet the team

The core ethos at NinePC remains agility and responsiveness, we utilise our experience to support efficient and direct decision making and project progression. We are able to engage additional well suited experience to our team to meet the requirements of projects and clients, and remain flexible to agree the best suited route to delivering client’s requirements.

Background & Philosophy

I began my career in 2000, taking a role as Trainee Quantity Surveyor alongside my BSc in Construction and Commercial Management in Bristol. Over the past 20+ years I’ve developed my skillset across Commercial and Project Management working with like minded colleagues and clients to deliver all range of projects including Grade A Office, Mixed Use Innovation Campuses, Data Centres, Residential Developments and design led Museums.

My core belief remains in collaboration toward a common project delivery goal, best delivered through a strong understanding of contract, strategy and an engaged, fair and focused team engagement so that project challenges can be overcome and ambitions met within budget and on time.

Background & Philosophy

Following studies in Architectural Design I redirected my career in to the housing sector in numerous site based roles. Enjoying a more hands on role, since embarking on my career in construction I have utilised my passion for design and eye for detail to develop experience in on and off site delivery working with lead Contractors across more than 15 years’ within the commercial, leisure, health and residential sectors. I’ve a verifiable track record of delivering multi-million-pound projects to a high-quality standard, exceeding client expectations through competent project planning, contractor management, workload prioritization and risk identification / management.

With a strong understanding of both traditional and design & build forms of contract I am able to adapt project management skills to achieve the best result. I have recently transferred my experience at the coal face to support Clients in their own deliveries, strongly believing in collaboration and going that extra mile to ensure project delivery is on time, to budget and to the highest standards.
