Project overview

We provided Development Monitoring services on behalf of the investor on a two phase, 300,000 sq ft Data Centre Campus in Dagenham inclusive of 60MW Power Upgrades to site.

The project included monitoring of the scheme through AfL, Planning, Procurement and Build of both Shell & Core and Tenant Fit Out with regular engagement with the tenant NTT and associated delivery teams and contractor.

We utilised our experience and existing relationships to offer specialist advisory to our client, whom were venturing into the Data Centre market for the first time.
