Project overview

Plexal is a ground-breaking coworking innovation centre within the Here East campus, it remains one of the largest innovation centres in Europe, meeting the needs of the capital’s entrepreneurs and start-ups.

We were engaged as project managers and contract administrators, working with numerous stakeholders, leading an ambitious conceptual ‘kit of parts’ design intent and embedding leading technologies to successfully deliver a market leading space.
