Project overview

We aided our client in the delivery of Townshend Road, a prime residential refurbishment and of a single dwelling to two new properties in St John’s Wood, London.

Working through planning requirements within Westminster and collaborating the build team we helped our Oakwood RE realise the potential of the prior derelict property and create properties that sold with ease on the open market.
