Project overview
We were engaged by Hawkins Brown Architects as project manager on the CAT B and occupation elements of their new HQ Office in Clerkenwell, focused on co-ordination of numerous contractors and ultimate delivery of their specific design vision and quality.
The former Vitra Showroom, set over three floors, the completed space offers the original vision of smart working, sociability and sustainability.
Under programme pressures our collaborative and ‘can do’ style aided in management of the fit out contractors completion around key finishing trades such as joiners, furniture, lighting and move management.
