Project overview
Penberthy Properties purchased 59.5 Southwark Street in late 2024 with ambition to revitalise the previous Victorian warehouse into a leading design led HQ office space alongside TP Bennett Architect inclusive redevelopment of the existing building and new extensions to increase GIA.
We were engaged to lead the delivery team through early surveys, strip out contract and help collaborate the team through planning, design and procurement. Our proactive and considered Project Management and Contract Administration approach enables the design to thrive whilst considering both key cost and demanding programme drivers.
