Project overview

Here East is an undertaking by Delancey to create London’s premium Creative and Innovation Centre through the redevelopment of the Broadcast, Press and Media Facilities constructed for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Many of the units were industrial in their fabrication and the site is a mixture of workplace, warehouse, retail, leisure and education.

We worked closely with the development managers and tenants, including anchor tenant ad 5% JV partner Infinity SDC to provide management of all aspects of the 1,200,000 sq ft scheme from successful planning through to live occupation projects. The main project successfully completed in July 2016, the campus now flourishes as per the original inception. Our role included development critique, due diligence and development management, and contract administration.

We have continued to engage with the Here East team through Tenant Fit Out and wide campus ambitions.
