Project overview

Instructed initially in the role of Interim Head of Projects we worked closely with the Senior Leadership Teams to create positive team structure, methodologies and process within the existing Projects Team, inclusive assisting in hires for pivotal new roles.

We assisted the Zoo in Masterplan strategy and early stage progression for both London and Whipsnade parks alongside leading on a Staff Office and Lab Accommodation Feasibility Study.
Most recently we have engaged as Project Management and Contract Administration of Zoo Town and Regent’s park, the £1.2m fit out of the existing Reptile House to create a new Children’s Play and Education Centre.

We also act as a professional advisor for the projects team on new and existing projects.
