Project overview

We lead project management and contract administration for the V&A’s Digital and AV Installations for their new East Museum in Stratford, engaging from inception through open procurement, contracting, delivery and commissioning.

Ensuring continuity across V&A’s three unique spaces in Stratford, London we engaged with different delivery teams and stakeholder groups to ensure artist’s visions were bought to life through technology and all key compliances met.

Key Challenges & Solutions

  • Open source government procurement created a wider reaching tender response and associated specification optioneering.
  • Third party delivery within live Main Contract and Live Site deliveries required collaboration and mirco-planning.
  • Strong change management was key to mitigating delay and cost within the Digital Programme and other Main Contracts.
